Five Mocktails, Hundreds of Smiles

One of the greatest joys of owning The Allyn Bar Co. is creating experiences that bring people together. Last fall, we had the opportunity to do exactly that at Tennyson Fall Fest in Denver, serving handcrafted mocktails throughout the day as neighbors gathered to celebrate one of our favorite community traditions.

From families exploring the festival to four-legged friends dressed for the annual Tennyson Halloween Pet Parade, the day was filled with laughter, creativity, and community.

A Mocktail Menu Worth Celebrating

Instead of offering one non-alcoholic option, we challenged ourselves to create an entire lineup of handcrafted beverages that guests would be excited to choose from.

Heart

• Our signature hibiscus lemonade blended floral hibiscus tea, fresh lemon, and local honey into a refreshing drink that quickly became a crowd favorite.

Hustle

• Bright citrus, pineapple, fresh lime, and ginger came together for a lively mocktail that kept festival-goers refreshed as they explored Tennyson Street.

Glow

• A crisp cucumber basil cooler featuring fresh cucumber, basil, citrus, and a touch of honey created a spa-like refreshment that was perfect for a warm fall afternoon.

Radiate

• Sweet peach nectar, fresh orange juice, lime, and a hint of sparkle delivered a bright, cheerful drink that looked as good as it tasted.

Thrive

• Blueberry and lavender combined with fresh citrus for a beautifully balanced mocktail that finished the lineup with rich color and delicate floral notes.

Each drink was prepared in five-gallon batches, allowing us to serve hundreds of guests while maintaining the same handcrafted quality in every pour.

Celebrating Everyone

One thing we love about community festivals is that everyone deserves something special to drink.

Whether guests chose not to drink alcohol, were designated drivers, attending with their children, or simply wanted something refreshing, they didn't have to settle for soda or bottled water. They enjoyed thoughtfully crafted beverages that were every bit as intentional and memorable as traditional cocktails.
