About Me
Hi, I’m Joey Shearer, founder of The Allyn Bar Co.
After nearly two decades leading teams in high-end retail and hospitality, I decided it was time to blend my love of craft beverages, community, and great design into something unforgettable. That’s how The Allyn Bar Co. was born — a mobile bar experience built to elevate events across Colorado.
My goal is simple: to create good vibes, meaningful connections, and a little bit of magic — whether it’s a wedding in the mountains, a street festival, or a private backyard celebration.
The Piaggio Ape truck is the heart of our operation — custom-built with six taps, vintage charm, and a whole lot of personality. But what really sets us apart is the people behind the bar, the local crafters we partner with, and the way we meet every client exactly where they are.
