Hi, I’m Joey Shearer, founder of The Allyn Bar Co.
After nearly two decades leading teams in luxury retail, hospitality, and customer experience, I decided to combine my passion for craft beverages, community, and great design into something unforgettable. That's how The Allyn Bar Co. was born—a Denver-based mobile bar company dedicated to creating elevated beverage experiences for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and brand activations throughout Colorado.
My goal is simple: create meaningful connections, memorable celebrations, and stress-free hospitality for every client and guest. Whether it's a mountain wedding, backyard party, nonprofit fundraiser, corporate happy hour, or community festival, I believe great drinks bring people together.
At the heart of our business is our custom Piaggio Ape mobile bar truck, featuring six taps, vintage Italian charm, and plenty of personality. But what truly sets The Allyn Bar Co. apart is our commitment to personalized service, handcrafted cocktails, creative mocktails, and partnerships with local Colorado breweries, distilleries, and makers.
