There was Denver Dog Days.

This wasn't a paid event or a grand opening. It was our first opportunity to take The Allyn Bar Co. into the community and simply introduce ourselves.

The Piaggio Ape was polished, the taps were installed, and the vision was finally becoming reality. We parked, opened the bar, and spent the day talking with neighbors, dog lovers, and fellow small business owners about what we hoped The Allyn Bar Co. would become.

More Than a Mobile Bar

As people stopped to admire the truck, one question came up again and again:

"So... what exactly do you do?"

The answer has stayed the same ever since.

We don't just serve drinks.

We create experiences that allow hosts to stay fully present during the moments that matter most.

Whether it's a wedding, neighborhood block party, nonprofit fundraiser, corporate gathering, or brand activation, we handle the beverage experience from planning and preparation to service and cleanup—so our clients can spend their time making memories instead of managing logistics.

Supporting Local

From the very beginning, another part of our mission was clear: whenever possible, we want to showcase Colorado.

That means partnering with local breweries, distilleries, coffee roasters, and other makers to build beverage menus that celebrate the incredible products being crafted right here in our community.

When guests enjoy a drink from The Allyn Bar Co., we want them to experience not only exceptional hospitality but also the flavors and businesses that make Colorado special.

Built for Every Celebration

One conversation at Denver Dog Days often led to another.

People imagined the truck at weddings, birthday parties, neighborhood festivals, company happy hours, Pride celebrations, nonprofit galas, and grand openings. Those conversations helped shape the direction of our business and confirmed that there was room for something different in Denver's event industry.

Today, we're proud to serve all of those occasions—and we're still inspired by the same mission that brought us to our very first event.

Looking Back

It's amazing how much has happened since that first "dry run."

We've created signature cocktails and original mocktails, partnered with local organizations, celebrated weddings and graduations, supported nonprofit fundraisers, and built lasting relationships with clients across Colorado.

Every event has helped tell the story of The Allyn Bar Co., but Denver Dog Days will always hold a special place in our journey.

It was the day an idea became something people could see, experience, and believe in.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared encouragement, or simply smiled as they walked past our little mint-green truck. You helped launch a dream that continues to grow.
